2. Professional Oversight

However, our service does not constitute a traditional lawyer-client relationship unless explicitly established for specific matters requiring formal representation.

3. Subscription Terms

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis calculated per employee. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled with 30 days' notice. No long-term contracts or exit fees apply.

4. Free Trial

New clients receive 5 free queries to evaluate our service. Free trial queries are subject to the same professional standards and response times as paid services.

5. Acceptable Use

Clients must provide accurate information and use our services for legitimate business purposes. Prohibited uses include:

• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, access to new queries will cease, but historical case information will remain available for 12 months.
